Finished setting up my Fluval 13.5. Should I throw some api quick start in now?

How did you set it up? Dry rock and sand or live?

Caribsea Fiji pink sand and 4.3 lbs of live rock from lfs and 4 lbs of fry rock. I went head and added 12 ml of the API QuickStart after I added the heater. I’m sitting around 75 Fahrenheit. I have a fluval master test kit but I still need salinity reader and water change gear.
