I am setting up a new Finnex HC-810M controller with an Finnex 800 W heater. Once hooked up it did not allow setting of the temp limits. It just had a continuous alarm. The sensor & heater are in the sump. Is it defective? It’s supposed to be a pretty simple set up. Thanks

I am installing a new Finnex HC-810M controller with a Finnex 800 w heater. There is a continuous alarm when plugged in and it does not allow setting temp limits. The alarm will not shut off. The sensor and heater are in the sump. Thanks,
