This is the well known finnex brand unit which I bought for $39 to tie me over while my Titanium unit was on order.. This has a built in protective cage/guard. memory of temp when unplugged and Automatic overheat protection.
This was used very temporarily and works/looks like new. Has built in temperature control pad, so you don't have to get your hands wet and suction cup unit.
After PP fees and ship, I am left with $20 so price is firm. I also have an emergency spare which is a Marineland 250wy and it has a snail guard to keep critters off of heater. BOTH ARE SUBMERSIBLE AND ARE $36 Firm for the pair Shipped !!!
