Finrot?

I’ve just looked at my Genicanthus melanospilos and he’s been with me for a year, possibly longer. Anyone able to say if this is finrot? @Jay Hemdal, do you know what this is? My newest introduction, A Flasher Wrasse was last week but he was and still is healthy.

Looks to me like aggression rather than rot especially being the only fin showing this
The fin will grow back as long as aggression does not continue
To find the aggressor, set your phone on video mode for about 45 minutes and drop a little food and walk away- YOU MUST WALK AWAY
Return and view video and you may see the culprit
At feeding, often the aggressor tries to take all the food

I may already have an idea of who it was, My Ctenochaetus binotatus as I’ve seen him go at the Angel a couple times.

I agree, looks like aggression. If you are even seeing a few "swipes" I bet full contact is being made when you aren't around. Bite wounds can take a week or more to grow back - if a fish is getting tagged even once a day, the injuries build faster than they can heal....
