Fire fish with ich.

Hey guys I added a fire fish to my tank about 4ish days ago. He seemed to be doing fine except now last night I barely saw him and today he is itching on the sand bed doing laps around the tank like that and freezing out. I though it to be ich but I haven’t seen any white spots on him. What should I do? Wait? freshwater dip?? Thanks

First step I'd do is a freshwater dip to check for flukes.
