BTAs are very hardy. I know they were shipped in good condition so this is probably shipping stress. give it a few days. If it doesn't inflate at all, you need to get it into QT with cipro

Got my fire rainbow men at noon. Color super bright, but it's mouth does not look good. In tank low light medium flow. Will to to send pics

Give em some time to acclimate and also try to place in tank on rock and they should attach. They prefer rock I noticed. My large flame tip did this and actually showed a large hole through his foot but he pulled through and I was stunned a btas are very resilient more than we know. Here is flame tip when i received it and here he is now.

That's it mouth in first 2 pics not foot so you can see how bad shape it looked but recovered within a few days. When I placed him in rock work he did much better which is why I advise to put in rock work.
