Fire shrimp pricing rising?

Did anyone else notice the prices on these have gone up from $30 to $40 -$50 just about overnight?

One of my LFS wanted $47.95 for one...LOL

One LFS said it was because of Hawaii ban, but that cant be right, their origin is not Hawaii

I noticed this a while back, I picked one up from a fish store near me for 45, but liveaquaria was selling them for 25 or 30...guess I still came out ahead when you factor in overnight shipping though. But I agree they have gone up.

All three of my LFS have them in stock, so it's not like they appear difficult to get?

They were like $30 just two months ago.

I know, I know, in this hobby, complaining about price is futile
