My fire shrimp usually sits in his cave, but right now he is kind of running up the back glass scurrying around. I dropped food near him but he doesnt want it. His shell is also pretty transparent, i can see his guts/heart. Is he malnourished? he molted maybe 4 days ago so maybe the shell isnt fully hard? ive had him for about a month and he's molted 3 times, is that normal? all my params seem to be in check

When less than 2”, they can molt quite often, this seems to slow as the reach about 3” which is normally full size.
Make sure you are running 0.03-0.06 iodide, this aids in the molt process.
I never see mine until about 4-7 days after molt, so I am not sure if he’s transparent until hardened.
