FIRE SHROOMS (magic carpet shrooms)

Do the colors start to come in as the shroom gets bigger or do some of these stay green/yellow? Also, does high blue lighting play a factor in the coloration as well? The colorful shroom isn’t mine, I grabbed it as a reference...

That bottom image looks pretty doctored to me, when you bump up the vibrance and color saturation in photoshop it can make the image appear grainy. That being said, I imagine age and lighting do play a big role in getting these mushrooms to color up as they do with other mushrooms. I would also feed it some coral food once in a while to help it along.
