Just put a fire fish in my tank and the clown fish won't leave it alone
Is this normal they seem to be beating him up

If you haven't already, turn off the lights...
You may also need to corral the clowns...

Will they kill it or are they just setting territory

Breeder box for the clowns...and yes they could kill it..
How big is your tank? And does it have somewhere to hide? Also, do you have a screen or cover, cause it can and will jump....

Lots of live rock to hide in but it is staying in the upper corner of tank yes its covered

Move a couple rocks around and turn off the lights. I doubt though that clowns will allow the fire fish to live long though.

Probably to small of a tank for them to live together in piece
Being that most clowns make a 3ft area 'their territory'

It sucks adding new fish when you have fish already in a tank. I had to take my sixline out when I add new fish.

Quarantined the female clown to try to let fire fish calm down and find hiding spots
