I’ve pulled like 10 of this supposed spaghetti worm, I thought it was bad lol..

So I just noticed another of this tubes with a web-like string coming out of it. What do I do now?

Not an emergency, but the mucus web will annoy nearby corals.

You can try to smash the shell / tube all the way down to the rock, but most people just put a dab of super-glue over the opening. Vermetids are actually snails whose shells are glued to the rock, and who fish through the water column with that web of sticky mucus.
