Fireworm or Bristleworm?

I think I know why my corals don't grow cuz these guys suck the nutrients out of my tank!
Scared the turd out of me when I lifted my rockery up today...

What do you think this is?

I don't plan to return them back to the tank
..

I don’t think I can comment on what worms they are but I don’t think I’ve ever heard of any worm sucking out nutrients from a system. If your corals aren’t growing maybe you should check parms, if parms are fine then just give them time

Sorry, I meant my sentence as a joke about being able to grow these goliaths as opposed to corals.
