Emerald crab and worm fighting. This a good worm? And will either annoy my bta?

Looks like a bristle and they don’t bother coral/anemones. Good clean up crew

I bought a few rocks that came from a well established tank, and came with tons of these guys.

Fire worms are bright red with very white bristles and more pronounced. Think of the colors of a blood shrimp.
