Fireworms or "regular" bristleworms?

+1 I don't know about "regular" but it doesn't look like the bearded fireworm.
 
Thanks everyone.

I know I've got a good quantity of worms as I see movement during lights out and when I feed. But these were just crawling around in the middle of light cycle on the sponge in the picture.

I think a tang dropped a duece near the rock and they smelled a late afternoon snack
 
What about this thick boi I saw after cleaning the glass? The red at the base of his bristles and its general size make me think fire...
