I will be moving at the end of the month and have sold off my 180 Gallon aquarium. I have been considering downsizing to around 100 gallons for this next one since I will be living on a second floor in my apartment building.. don't want to have to carry much up and down the stairs.. I am currently trying to decide between a Red Sea Reefer or a Waterbox Platinum(seems to be a bit cheaper). Does anyone have any experience with either? Or would you recommend one over the other? Or maybe even a different brand of tank?

They are both good. Look into what the sumps are like and if there is enough room for a refugium (if you want one).

I ended up with a CADlight 120g all in one and I liked it a lot.

BTW, downsizing isn't always a bad thing. I had 4 tanks and 2 sump/refugiums totaling 600 gallons and downsized to a 40g cube with a 40g sump/refugium and Im loving how easy it is to take care of and to stock to overflowing! ;)

I love my two Reefers, but I'm totally subject to confirmation bias and know it. :) I think the current models are probably even better, with the upgraded sump and all.
The Waterbox seems like a fantastic aquarium too but it has the corporate name etched in the glass and that would be a deal killer for me.
