I just picked up a used Oceanic 60gal with stand and sump on Craigslist for $150. I would also recommend searching on the Facebook Marketplace

Watch Petco for deals, they have $1 per/gallon sales all the time.
And if you want predator fish, that are smaller..
You can look into Hawkfish
Frog Fish (if you get a frog fish you cant really have anything else in with it though, its mouth is huge)
There's some options for dwarf predators, but like stated above. You will fight issues with your water parameters constantly in nano predator tank due to less dilution and higher waste bioload.
