I went down to my LFS yesterday and had him show me how to frag yesterday. We were able to frag my tyree space monsters with success! I kept 2 polyps and obviously my colony, gave him 1 and have 4 for sale at my LFS. I'm glad I had him show me how to do instead of just going in blind, plus he has a nice fragging kit as opposed to me. I've fragged some weed palys before, but nothing like these...if I messed up I would have been very upset lol. But this morning both frags and my colony were open and looking happy! So I'm pretty stoked! I also made a frag rack today for em.

Corals are much tougher than you think, they are made to be cut up and re attached, that is just one of many ways that they multiply. Congrats on fraggin for the first time!

That is one cool LFS guy! That's a big liability on his end on such a nice morph, but glad that things worked out well!

Wow you have one cool LFS! Lucky! And congrats on the fragging, hope they do well for ya.

Thanks guys!

I go to and help out at Coral Island in Orange on Chapman and Feldner. They changed owners on July 1st so I've been helping out when I can. The new owners are really cool kat's.

Nice, I'll have to check em out sometime!

My LFS is too snobby to do stuff like that. I've had a few people come over when I fragged so they could learn. Thats how I learned so I thought I'd spread it around.

yesterday I showed my lfs owner how to frag lol
cut some z's&p's a couple incrusting lps and a couple acros, now he wants to buy a small ban saw for me to cut frags for him

awesome no more tile saw for me!!

sweet!! i want to try and frag my pink zippers but im affraid!! lol

dont be afraid! go and buy a pair of heavy duty toenail clippers or bone cutters cut the rock and use a sharp razor to cut in between the polyps and glue the little bit of rock on the polyps you cut to a frag plug or rubble rock. it really is that easy

Lol that's awesome! Can't go wrong with the LFS wanting to get a band saw! If he going to hook you up with some of the stuff you frag for him?

Thanks Missy!!!!

Alright guys, before more of you hit me up for these...I'm not selling mine, I'm not a garage operator, I'm not a store, I do not sell coral, I'm just a hobbyist. So if you don't like the price I give you for these, you can now understand why. If I'm going to sell coral it will be legitimately without avoiding paying taxes. I have more than one honest bone in my body. I am also not interested in trades. I'm trying to not be a jerk but with some comments I get from messages it seems like that's what it takes. So before you hit me up, do your research and ask yourself a question, do you want to pay $60 extra for shipping for them or live without them? Thank you for your time and have a great day.
