From other thread I linked in previous post, there is a member keep Maxima under Kessil 2x 160W BUT he does run a pair of T5 along with those 160, he did post his FTS picture so you can take a look or PM him for more details (his Maxi is like half size of your Maxi) have fun and good luck! :)

Is it the guy with the 75gallon? It's interesting that he's able to keep his clam alive there's no way he's able to get 150+ PAR? the tank has more depth and the light is higher above his water level than mine. Very interesting. I found https://www.marinedepot.com/Coralif...r_Aquariums-Coralife-ES08600-FILTFIT5-vi.html

Perhaps I can find a nice way to mount this on my IM20 along side the 160WE

There are reports that folks keeping Maxi clams at 100 PAR, some do at 150 PAR and some do at 300 PAR.
For me I don't attempt to keep my clams below 150 PAR, I would rather giving them more light than not enough light. Of course any live stock has their own ability to adapt to new environment to survive, to thrive and it's nature circle of life. The one that refuse to adapt will die and it's not rare at all, so you can take the risk and hope your clam will adapt to your system or watch it perish few weeks or month later, you are the boss of your tank so you make the decision for your clams fate :)

Here is example of my maxima under roughly 100 PAR from LED US Orbit + 4x T5 that sit right on top of my tank rim.

And same clam after I upgraded my light to 2x 360WE

Picture is better than thousand words, you can see a huge different between to 2 pictures of same Maxima.
