sweet!! what program did you use to do that? i'd really like to know how to do that as well.

for instance, this picture i want to turn black and white and just keep the blue eyes.

cool, i love this personally... here is my contribution to the thread.

I use photoshop CS3... can do all sorts of fun stuff.

there are many tools and many ways todo that.

jasc paint shop, same method can be use in PS and some others.
overlay two images.
one image is converted to grayscale the other left alone.
copy the grayscale to a new layer on top of the color image.
then erase the eye's. and the color will come though.
save the new image.

another is using the wond , and highlight the areas you want to grayscale

Surfn I have never done this, but did it real quick in PS so it is easy but very COOL!

I used PS Elements 4 and I actually used the same tutorial as linked above. Works great and I am going to be doing it like it is going out of style.

Funny....I couldn't even tell the last one was selective color until taking a long look at it. :|

Here's the original. I do like that the selective color isn't slap you in the face obvious but the chief does pop out at you but it is so obvious why.
