First chaeto harvest with Skimz reactor

So I thought I should pop open my Skimz reactor and Check growth. It’s been 48 days since I fired it up.

Good thing I did, it was packed full!

I reseeded it and cleaned it up a bit. Nothing really dirty. I probably could have harvested a week or 2 sooner.

Gotta say I am happy with the results

I feed pellets once a day with an auto feeder and a fresh homemade mix of live mussels, clams, and oysters with frozen mysis. Feeding 21 fish, all small. No tangs.

Its definitely helps hold my nitrates and phosphates steady. Past 5 weeks no increase in either!
