First clam advice?

Yup.

There are a lot of nice Derasa, and it's a hardy clam.

Personally I do not buy clams under 2 inches of any type.

Derasa is pretty easy but they get huge. It will probably only be in a 70 for a year or two

I got a 2" squamosa. Pretty it's grown an inch already. Eyeballing a maxima. Mmmmm. It's on sale.
