Hello,

I just added my first piece of livestock and reef rocks to the tank last night.

The fish I added to start the cycle is a Mocha Clown Fish. I think I may need to add another as I have a 60 gallon Tank.... Thoughts?

Best Advice on what to add?

how about bottled bacteria? instead of subjecting fish to a cycle?

I wouldn’t add anymore fishes until your tank is fully cycled, which it can take up to 1 month. If you have to add one more fish no matter what, than go with a damsel fish. They are hardy and might survive the cycle. Green chromie is a good one to add. If you are going to add more fishes you should add seachem stability and seachem prime together to temporarily boost good bacteria and reduce toxic from ammonia.

I have been using MircoBacter daily. I added 2 more clowns. I did research the Damsel but I did not want to end up with unwanted fish. Levels look good so far.

Thank you I appreciate it. This has been a great adventure so far...
