First corals first dip what are these?

I purchased my first corals and forgot to dip so pulled them out and dipped them tonight as my zoas weren't opening up

This little critter came out of my zoa and what's this white thing on my GSP?

Amphipod, fine.
Tube probably a feather duster if some sort, again fine.
Zoanthids or Palys can take some time after dip to reopen.
