So here we go. 48 inch 75 gallon. Short of some rubble, which a may glue together to try and make the island on the right a little bigger, this is all I got. Thoughts? Major problems? Forgive the TNG in the reflection.

Looks great - recommend that do epoxy rock together. Pain in the neck when the rock falls over when aquarium is established.
Thanks! That's the plan. If I don't decide to change anything, super glue and mortar is next.

Lighting and filtration plans?
No decision yet on lights. Seems. Like AI, Ecotech, and Kessil are the three I hear the most about. Won't need/want to turn them on for a few months anyway.

Planning to start with a HOB filter. Tempered glass so no drilling. Figured I can put siphon overflows and a sump on it later if it can't keep up and I decide I need to spend more money.

Was also going to start with a couple Hydor 2450 gph, while it's fowlr and add two more when I can keep fish alive for a while and I'm ready for coral.

Excellent plan - really seem to have a good handle on everything! Have you had saltwater aquariums before?

I kept a freshwater tank with a roommate years ago. Liked having it around and always wanted to try saltwater. I have a tendency to obsess when I start a new project, so I've absorbed a lot of info. A lot of what I remember about freshwater ports over too. To whatever degree that contributes to the illusion that I "have a good handle on everything." :)

Best of luck with your first saltwater aquarium! Looks like you’re off to a great start!

Keep reading & learning from R2R. Post questions when you have them.

Thanks. Looking forward to my first "omg what's wrong halp" post.

Minor change. Opened the caves up a bit on the right side.
