First critters

Hello everyone I have just a quick question to ask. I woke up yesterday for work checked my tank and noticed very tiny white critters swim around and all over the glass of my tank. This was the best picture I could get of them with my phone. Currently working on getting something that get better pictures with. I’m pretty sure they are some kind of pod. I’m currently in the cycling stage and want to know if this is a good sign or not? And what this means for my tank?

Hard to tell from the pics. Did you add a bottle of pods to the tank? Live rock?

I did not add any pods to the tank. No live rock just live sand. I’m going to pick up a magnifying glass to see if I can get a better picture today.
