That species was identified as leaching toxins into the water. you should get rid if it ASAP. I'll pm you my address for proper disposal.

Not sure what you mean by mutation? What about the coral leads you to believe it has mutated?
Look at a few of the polyps. They mak a Y at the end instead of just being a normal torch.

I’ve seen these types of tip mutations on all euphyllia, including torches. Beautiful specimen!

You right should of done my homework better [emoji23] spend a good few hours reading on framers but couldn’t find anything about the torch, https://www.tidalgardens.com/wysiwyg-indo-peach-tip-torch-1.html just seen this online and it seems spot on.

even tough that the torch is the only euphyllia at the moment the frogspawn and hammer have been moved to a new genus called Fimbriaphyllia, just learned that today also [emoji57]
