First fish. Does it look like it’s breathjg

I have just brought home my first fish. It’s in a quarantine tank that has been set up for about two weeks. I had a piece of live rock in there from my display tank to seed the filter sponge with bacteria but I removed the rock before I put my fish in. As I’m watching it now, I realize I have know idea how to tell if it’s breathing too quickly or not. I’ve searched for videos on YouTube but haven’t been successful in finding ones that clearly show a healthy fish breathing rate. Does my guy look ok?

sorry about the typo in the title. I tried to add more text to the main post but the screen jumped around and I ended up changing the title and hitting post all by accident. Anyway, the video is directly from my phone but is there a better way to share videos?

He is breathing. Just make sure you arent having ammonia problems. Is that your qt tank?

It is my quarantine tank. I know it’s breathing, like I said at the end of my post when I tried to add my last sentence the screen started jumping around as it often does on my phone and I accidentally hit post after accidentally deleting the end of my title. I’m not sure if this is an iPhone operating system or what but often when I’m trying to type my cursor and words will be floating out of the text box.

Anyway, what I’m trying to find out is whether or not he’s breathing normally. I know that heavy/fast breathing is a sign of potential ammonia or parasites but I don’t know what “normal” looks like.

My tests say there is no ammonia in the water.
