Hi this is my first ICP test so i'm not sure how can i fix the issues.

The only thing I see that would concern me is your Mg is a little high and also your phosphate, regular water changes should help pull your Mg in line but I would test Mg levels in your freshly made saltwater just to make sure you don't have a bad batch of salt that's high in magnesium. Water changes probably won't help much with PO4 but you can use something like GFO or phosguard to bring it down just go slowly with this and don't bottom out your phosphates.

What company is this? The high sulfate (S) in some reported cases seems strange to me, and may be a company error. I do not know that being high is a problem, but unless you are dosing huge amounts of epsom salt, it is probably coming from the salt mix and that is just how they make it.

I'm very suspicious that the magnesium is also an error unless you massively overdosed magnesium.

Nothing else jumps out, but a trace element supplement mixture might be useful. Iron and manganese, for example.
