First ICP Test Results In....Looks Good?

My system is 11 months old and I finally decided to send off an ICP test now that my parameters have stabilized a bit to see what they say. For those of you with more experience w/ICP results, is there anything glaring here? My RODI tested + for silicon @ 28.59 but otherwise was 0 everything. Results are attached

I'm using Instant Ocean which runs higher so I believe that explains the ^ Calcium and Magnesium in my tank.


Out of curiosity I ran all the hobby grade tests I have and got the following results at the same time as the ICP was collected. I'm sharing this because it's an interesting data point & I previously went down the salinity rabbit hole and it appears VeeGee is closest to the ICP results.

I don't see any huge issues.

Calcium is a tad high and I'd dose less if you are dosing.

A mixed trace element supplement might be useful since some read undetectable, but that doesn't necessarily mean they are needed.

I'd consider removing white media, if you have any, since it may be boosting aluminum.

Do you have an issue with diatoms? if not, ignore the silicate.

I'm just dosing Kalkwasser currently, but Alk is stable around 9.0 so I don't think there is much that I can do about that. I just discovered my PAR was pretty low and I am going to add some supplemental lighting. Hopefully once that happens I'll have some more Calcium uptake. I think my Alk consumption is > Calcium at the moment.

I actually already pulled out some Marine Pure I had in my sump to make room for my mini refugium area, so hopefully that will decrease on it's own with water changes.

No diatom issues.
