First issue with supply bought from online vendor

Purchased an item from BRS----There was an issue with the product, that wouldn't have been their fault, but the manufacturers. I called, expecting them to give me a number to call to voice my complaint. To my surprise, they sent out a replacement within minutes, and didn't give me an ounce of a hard time.
Hats off to Bulk Reef Supply customer service. Stellar! They have been in the past not my first go-to for products. When I order from them, it's because I couldn't find what I needed at my usual sites. They are my go-to now, and definitely deserve it!
