Yes but pictures will follow:
I will be able to use two ELN dimmers on one Apex (home made) cable.
Do to the type of LEDs in using I'll need to adjust the ELN to the LEDs mA.
Measured, glued, and tested LEDs tonight. Now looking at adding new LEDs to existing LEDs.
