The Noopsyche is really awesome. I haven't put a Par meter on it but from other users measurements, it seems like more than enough! The app is decent and setting the schedule is easy.
How high is your scape?
My scape is a little above 7" ... i was wondering if I should go higher
My rock does rest on top of the sand, if you do it that way I think 7" will be plenty high. If you put the rock down and then sand, 7" might be slightly low. But you're right at that desired range, you'll be good whichever option you choose

Nope, happy with the flow just from the return for now. It'll be better to judge once I have some coral in there to watch them move.
The mightyjet 326 sufficient enough? Not noisy?
It only makes noise on the higher settings and you can only hear it if sitting right next to the tank, sounds kinda like a vibrating phone. I think I would buy the bigger pump if I were to do it again though. But yes, flow wise it is good.
