First online coral purchase

I took advantage of Black Friday and bought coral online for the first time. If the corals come while I’m at work should I have my wife float them till I get home and can dip them? I don’t have a qt or observation tank for them to go into. So if they come in looking rough is it more important to get them into the tank or still dip them?

Yes - try to ensure they're not floating directly under any lights.

Oh good call didn’t think of that. Probably best just to turn the light off while they float so they are nuked

You can, yes. Do wipe the outside of the bag before placing in the tank as well.
