My tank has been up for about 9 months now and besides some normal algae troubles here and there everything seems pretty stable. I'm still fine tuning flow with placement and speed and making minor adjustments to lighting schedule but all corals have been pretty healthy, besides a jackolantern lepto that originally grew and encrusted and then starting to loose color and recede but is seeming to rebound.
Just placed my first order from boomcorals and cant wait to see what comes tomorrow, local sps choices are pretty slim. I put together what I think will be a pretty hardy pack, need to figure where I want to place em for optimal color and health. They'll be going into qt so I have 8 weeks to figure it out.
Order list is as follows
Rose birdnest
Pink stylophora
Garf bonsai acro
24k lepto
Superman monti
Tubbs stelleta monti
Forst fire digi
Leng sy purple rim monti

Pictures tofollow after they arrive.

Sorry took awhile to post anything. They all came in great as expected, most had polyp extention in the bag and he even though in a freebie. The size of the frags was pretty impressive too! They dont look great in the qt tank under just a dual t5ho and I'm thinking itll take a little to get there full colors.
Love the shape of the garf bonsai, even had a small branch in the cup with it so mounted it as a second frag.

PC rainbow as a freebie. Doesnt look like much but has some polyp extention and I think it can turn into a nice piece

And this superman monti is huge! Expected something much smaller
The 24k lepto is a good size as well but doesn't have the color I was expecting, seems more green than yellow. I doubt itnwouldve been accisently switched up maybe it's the lighting or just needs more time to settle and show the true colors

Boom is absolutely stellar. All of my SPS is either from Quinn at Boom, or Adam at Battle. Lots of very healthy acros, good sized frags, and top notch customer service.
Definitely has a future repeat customer here. Very happy with the frags and selection

The rose birdsnest is the only one that hasnt fully opened with good PE yet but looks healthy. The ORA stylo is a pretty massive chunk, pretty sure both will really pinken up when under the k

good to hear, i keep meaning to do an order from there, but then spend a bunch of money on other stuff every month lol

their frag packs seem like really good deals

Their boom berry is probably the most resilient acropora i have come across, i dropped it(both new pieces survived) survived a prolonged power outage, dinos. And has great coloration.
Their prices with shipping are not bad, and they package well.

Im not surprised. Very experienced seller and hobbyist. Never had problems with anything from him.

EVERYONe SHOULD DO AT LEAST ONE ORDER WITH HIM AND SEE THE QUALITY AND SIZE FOR THE MONEY !!!

Great guy...just got a bigger tank and can't wait to get a few more of his corals.

I have a 24k lepto from him and it is definitely gold/yellow so maybe it just needs some time.

Front left...with my coris right below it.

Amazing looking tank! I'm pretty sure given time and lower lighting it will yellow up
