I am setting up a 10 gallon quarantine tank. Seems that I have some ich and have lost my Golden Midas Blenny. And I'm showing signs on my mocha storm clown. Things I have questions about.
1) Is a copper treatment the best? Even for other stuff including ich
2) what is the best media basket to put on this 10 gallon? The tank will have two small clowns one small diamond blenny and a yellow small tang
3) I'm going to keep them in there for 6 weeks. Am I required to do water changes? And if so how do I measure how much more treatment to put in my tank?
4) Introducing the fish back into the main display in the end do I got to put them in a middle tank for a little while to get the copper out of their lungs so they do not kill my Coral?
5) What do I have to put in the tank? I'm thinking a powerhead a heater hang on a back media basket and a couple pieces of PVC.
6) Can I put the fish in there tonight with the copper treatment even though I don't have a media basket and ordered online and it will be here in a couple days because it is cheaper than my local lfs?
Any information you guys can give me on this quarantine tank would be greatly appreciated.

A ten gallon QT is pretty small to run all of those fish through at one time. A good basic quarantine is 4 weeks of copper followed by 2 weeks of prazipro, followed by two weeks of observation. People try to reduce that time by running copper and prazi at the same time, and then skipping the observation phase, but that is usually a mistake. You need to manage the ammonia in the tank to keep it below 0.25 ppm. I like a big sponge filter that has been seasoned in an existing tank. You need to know the exact volume of your tank, probably more like 8 gallons, then, if you change half the water, you redose for just 4 gallons.
