Any suggestions on acclimation? I have read all the tips for care but am lacking any tips for when it arrives if there are any additional steps

Nice! I usually drip acclimate mine for at least one hour by using a aqualifter pump and a control valve at the end. I turn off all my pumps and lights for at least 30 minutes too so that the BTA can grab to a piece of LR once the drip acclimation is complete. The best way to drip acclimate is to drain the water and the BTA that came out of the shipping bag into a container(like a plastic cup) half full, then put the container inside a bucket. Once the container gets full, drain it half way, then start the process of drip acclimation all over again. Once that is done, throw the water away inside the bucket. I like to see only like one drop every second or so. This has helped me keep BTA's successfully for at least a couple of years. Good luck.
