First RBTA

As far as those light settings go should I increase it for the anemone or no? It seems to be moving a lot and it typically stays at the top of the tank
Increase white and blue slightly and see if it responds by moving downwards. They move here and there along the bottom but if hanging the top may be seeking light. Mine (4) have not moved for over a year

Gotcha I’ll definitely try that! I figured it might be lights because he went from middle of the tank to the very top middle back then top middle right and is connected to my power head rn ( it’s not on! I don’t currently have it running because it’s too much flow for my tank rn and my return pump is enough. Will be changing the heads for them soon tho). It looks like he started to shrink a little? All of my params are normal and stable and my temp is stable so I’m taking it that my lights may be too dim

Judging from previous posts your tank is only about 3 months old? If this is the case, this will be your biggest hurdle. Don't make changes. Keep parameters stable and where they are supposed to be. Don't touch or move the anemone until taking it out of the tank.
This is the way.
I’m bad with time but I got the tank beginning of November, so 4-5 months or so. But to my surprise I’ve never had an issue with my params changing at all and I have a decent amount of coral all doing fairly well! I do a water change, about 10-20% in a 45gl, every week or every other week. I’ve already gone through my cycle within about 2 weeks somehow, already been through my diatom bloom, gone in 5 days, and that it’s. No swings in anything besides maybe .10 ammonia and .10 nitrite and that’s happened like twice but lasted a day because I might’ve over fed but nothing else

I would cover up your power heads some how too. Don’t want your nem to wonder into one. I’ve lost a bubble tip because of that
I have a AIO tank to I have 2 return pump nozzles at the top (flat) and I don’t use my powerhead currently because it’s kind of too much flow for me rn
