First Reef or Saltwater tank build

Started off in freshwater and I'm now dividing to go and do a saltwater reef.
What I have so far:

Tank: 46 gallon bow front
Filter: API filstar Rena
Light: regular stock light led light bar
Coral food: reef chili
Coral dose: BRS 2 part + mag

Planning on getting:

Rock: pukani dry rock
Light: AI Prime
Doser: jeabo 4 output
Skimmer: HOB reef octopus
Power heads: RW-8

I don't know what to get for the ATO but here are some pics.

I'm about 10 months into my first saltwater/reef & I love it. The best advice I can you is to go slow & check everything out with the community here if you have any doubts.
If you have the room and budget you may want to start out bigger. The options for coral and fish multiply exponentially the bigger you go. I'm already working on an upgrade, the Tangs, Wrasse, and other fish I want to keep need lots of room. Good luck! Keep us informed.

I would do a sump, if you don't wanna drill your tank you can always get an external overflow. That way you can have all your equipment in the sump and not having on the back of you tank. Everything else seems to be ok. Just my opinion.

My parents said that they wouldn't allow a dump with the new hard woods and I wouldn't have enough storage under the tank but thanks for the advice.

I like your idea and if I had it my way i would have a 200 gallon aquarium but it was a Christmas gift but thankyou for the advice

tunze osmolator nano 3152 is a good one.

Not sure where their logic lies in that. It looks like your using a canister filter which is running water from the tank to the floor already, a sump is basically the same risk. Also if your doing a reef I recommend ditching the canister filter.
