Hi everyone I'm new to the hobby I did keep African cichlids for many years but I've always wanted a saltwater tank I started small with the fluval flex 32 with carib sea sand and carib sea life rock currently have two clowns cycled with turbo start 900 I'm not sure what morphs they are the store just called them designer clowns so if anyone has an idea let me know lol they seem to be inseparable all ready. Definitely have upgrades planned as I go along and have already learned so much from this forum and look forward to learning more.

Welcome to reef2reef! Tank looks great! Love the rock work! You planning corals? Or working on fish for now?
Thank you! I am definitely planning corals but I am going to be taking everything really slow as I have been. I will most likely start with some zoas and I would love a duncan coral as well

Zoas are awesome so many varieties and colors! You can fill a whole tank with them!
Duncan’s are fantastic! Such bright colors and so pretty
Good call on taking your time, patience’s is key in this hobby

Thank you I've been doing so much research and I've learned a lot from this forum specifically so that's why I've joined and I also want to share updates with others and continue learning as well it has been almost 20 years of wanting a reef tank and I always felt I didn't have the time or money and now I do so I am in no rush and want things to go as perfectly as they can

that is the perfect approach! patience and time will make for the perfect reef! I wish you the best of luck on your future piece of ocean :beaming-face-with-smiling-eyes: also once things get going and your tank starts making a "My tank thread" is a great way to share constant updates without making new threads!
