I just started my first saltwater tank. The Salinity is at 1.026. I added the Caribsea Life Rock that I got from a local reefer. I did my best with what I had and realized after the fact that I need to probably use some glue. Can I glue rock underwater? If so, what is the best product.

And don't laugh at my aquascape lol. It's my first shot at it :). The water is cloudy due to sand as I worked on the rock in the tank.

Has anyone used this?

I used the Nyos cement and took a while to get the hang of how much water and best mixing tool to get it done quickly. (super important to work fast) I did my aquascape dry and think it might get really messy if done in the aquarium. I guess you can see that from the video, if that doesn't seem problematic and you have time for the mechanical filter and skimmer to clean it then it should work. I would follow the instructions very carefully and have a sturdy mixing tool and make sure you get it to the putty state before trying to put it into the rock crevice you are cementing. I have also used Aquastick before and combined the two compounds and worked well in a wet environment

Maybe if I pump some of the water out and expose the rock that would be better? What kind of glue should I use for the rock?

I got the rocks how I want them. So now time to find the best way to cement them. I am seeing that patience and detail are going to be the most important part of this hobby. :).

I do have a question. I am seeing this on one of the rocks. Is this normal? And I have a white Labrador. And I think one of his hairs got in. He sheds like crazy. is that a prolem?
