Just picked up my first sun coral and got it acclimated to the tank? Any tips? Advice? Guidance?

I tried one once upon a time and my watchman buried it, he's no longer with me - following along to get the tips you receive in case I decide to attempt another. That looks like a nice little colony to start though!

I feed mine NPS 2x a day. Mostly frozen rodifers, calanus and rods fish eggs, mixed with phyto and oyster feast. Sometimes they capture a mysis when I feed the rock nems.

Looks nice! I have a couple similar colonies of NPS. What I do is put them in an area in the tank where the flow takes frozen food to them when I feed the fish. I rarely target feed them. LRS food and krill both work. But mysis and anything of that size will work as far as food goes. I kind of think of them as my clean up crew as they eat the uneaten food

Thank you and thank you for the advice
