InTank media basked w chemipure elite and polymat. Blue/white filter floss changed 2-3 times per week.
Standard return pump
IceCap 1000 gyre. +\-10% when lights out. 0-40% slower ramping random with one hour of +\-50% quicker change in the morning.
5g biweekly water change

Several folks are running a 32 Biocubes. We love pics! Are you running stock lights?
 
Yes. Stock lights on the LED version.

I know it's generally not the suggested approach, but I chose the biocube because it gives me fewer things to fiddle with while I learn before I upgrade. Idea is to keep it simple for a while and learn. Hopefully I develop good habits and experience then I'll move to something where I can play with lighting, filter flow, have a sump, etc. That works for me (hopefully).
 
Nothing wrong with what your doing, we ran stock lights in ours for a year before we upgraded.
