First Tank Cycle Numbers

Hello!

Setting up my first nano reef tank and I'm a little over 1 week into my fishless cycle for my 10g nano. I started with Dr Tim's and manually dosed ammonia (approx 1ml of 2.5% ammonia daily for first 3 days). After 1 week my numbers have been holding steady at:

3 ppm Ammonia
5 + ppm Nitrite
20 ppm Nitrate

I'm just wondering if I added too much ammonia initially???? I feel like the ammonia should be trending down at this point right???

Give the system some time to cycle It is tough looking at a empty tank, I would suggest wait another week then test were the system is at.
