3 month old 30 gallon hammer coral some green colored coral grown on an oyster shell lunar wrasse clownfish zebra damsel blue damsel sand sifting starfish black brittle starfish open to any help suggestions.

your bio load is high with the amount of fish more live rock will help keep good bacteria high

What https://www.reef2reef.com/members/docpayne82.79142/ means by cure is the rock if un cured when you get it the rock will have die off and will raise ammonia in the tank and create another cycle if you don't want to cure it yourself just make sure its already cured when you buy it .
