Version 2-a
Max height to tank top 12", tried to give 4" to edges. I will have to sure up rocks for no falling. I have acrylic rods and E-Marco 400.
I am stuffing marco rubble at bases. Is that pointless?

This is extra rock and rubble , besides the big shelf, that I could bust up if more fill is needed.
I didn't use it because it didn't look at all like other rock. I was going to use in 40g breeder Observation Tank or bust up and throw into sump somewhere.

Version 2A all the way. You don't need to stuff the rubble at the base of the rock, its just more of a detritus trap. What I've done in the past is either make a pile of it, like a separate island or just sprinkle it behind the rockwork for added bacteria benefit and then use it as cured frag plugs that aren't stark white and blend in more with your rockwork.

Version 4 - Kitchen sink approach, all of the big rocks. I hate the top right rock, it is too fragile and falling apart...definitely doesn't look like others.

Looks like versions 2 and 2-a seem to be getting best response.

I think I am done. Thanks everyone for getting involved. This is fun..

I will wait for more input and then get in to tank with lighting tonight and follow-up with quick pic.

Version 6 - Could be 5-a. lol

Cool, thanks.
I have a 75g tank as sump. Is it reasonable to throw in there as well? Like in Refugium or drain section for plugs, etc?

great place for it. Then you always have frag plugs or some cycled rock. It will also be a place for pods to grow.

In tank.
As close to 2-b as I can.
None of the rocks act like they would roll off even with help. I will still marco 400 some joints for good measure before sand and water.
I hack-sawed bottoms to have little flat feet.

Sorry @Katrina71 , I will save that big shelf for a bigger tank later. Everyone says I will want a bigger tank anyway.
