I am going tommrow to look at a zoa colony with 30 polyps what should I watch out for as far as signs of sickness and what it looks like I want see pix of healthy and not healthy zoas

Healthy polyps are all opened fully. Watch for polyps that appear tightly closed like they want to pop. Watch for any signs they've been chewed on.

should I ask for a pic of the colony that they are selling

Make sure you dip. There can be some nasties that like to hide between polyps.

what is the best dip for corals like zoas

Hydrogen peroxide works well. I've just started using Bayer dips after I had critters survive the peroxide dip.
