First time on R2R help please!!

Good night everyone, I just got joined in the forum, I'm a beginner reefer with just about 1 year of experience in the hobbie, I currently have a 75g LPS dominant mixed reef aquarium with some SPS. I'm looking to get opinions about swapping from razor light to radion XR15, I just bought 2 units on ebay (G3, was a bargain) and I'm just wondering if this tread has been asked already but I would really appreciate if I can get a perfect configuration for fast Growth and colouration. I know this is almost impossible to describe since every tank it's different but just to have an idea which ones have been working well for you guys, thanks a lot in advance.

Welcome to the site. I have a similar size mixed reef tank with 2 XR15 lights gen 5. It is barely enough light for my SPS. I run them at 100% schedule intensity on the AB plus setting and barely get 300 par a few inches below the water line. I do run diffusers which kills about 20 par but provides better spread and no real hot spots. You may find you need a 3rd light.

I'm not sure what templates are available for the G3, but I use the AB+ (G5) with slight modification.
For me, I achieve good growth by spot feeding my corals.
I like my tank a little whiter during the day and more blue from 5 pm till shutdown at 8:45
I would just go with the flow, don't rush anything. Nothing good happens fast, sit back and relax.

Have you considered starting your build thread? I found its a great place to document my tank's evolution for myself. I started tank first then joined, so I'm still finding myself going back collecting pictures & updating historically as well as current state.
