First Time Online Livestock Order

I made my first online livestock order on Wednesday from LA. It's supposed to be delivered in about 15 mins. I got 15 bumble bee snails and 1 yellow watchmen goby.

I'm hoping I get this acclimation and QT right. The snails I plan on floating for 15 min and then placing directly in display tank.

The goby I have set up a 10G QT tank with a heater, bubbler, thermometer, pvc hiding place, and lid. I mixed fresh saltwater yesterday to 1.018 SG and filled most of the way up. I did leave some room to add either RODI or some 1.030 saltwater that is ready to go. I have an identical duplicate setup and I'm planning on doing TTM and then observation.

I'm at work and my wife and son will be doing the work. Can they just pick the snails out of the bag and place them on rock, sand etc? Is it ok to pull them out if the water for a second?

Well, they came and it's DOA. Water temp was 62? Pretty bad first experience. My wife and kids were really excited about this fish. Not sure about the snails.

eta: So there looks to be some movement from the snails. They've been floating in the sealed bag. I've instructed to reach in, grab them all and put them in the corner of the tank.

This just in!-- it looks like all the snails are moving around. And very soon after placing in tank!
