I pulled the trigger this week since the weather has been "mild" in the NorthEast.
I've been wanting to try this vendor for several years since they have corals AND snails and other critters. I've been needing peppermint shrimp, some snails and corals. They had all the critters I needed in stock so in the cart they went. I started shopping corals, dropping things in the cart I liked, a couple wysiwygs, some easy to keep corals and I checked the cart and noticed the loyalty points....an upsell for some cheap pieces! So I reshuffle the cart, find the best price options for what I want and bought 6 corals.
I prefer UPS shipping for the Northeast since it was going north to Vermont not south to Kentucky or Tennessee. The package made it by 2:30 pm the next day, upper 40's daytime temps. The box was a good size for 9 items, newspaper, double bagged with a loose bag cradling the coral so it doesn't roll as much. Heat pack was still working.
I got all the critters and corals tempered and settled in my tank with no losses, minimal damage to one coral. Everything looks great today. Wysiwygs looked exactly like the pictures.
Today I noticed they had called to make sure I had received everything in good shape. I plan on ordering in the future.
