Hello all!
I’ve been lurking for a couple months now and have used the resources here to solve all kinds of first timer reefer problems I have encountered but this time, I could use some help! I’ve got an acan frag with a critter attached to the base of the skeleton/frag plug. As of right now it has two “feelers” that extend out in the water column maybe an inch tops and looks bristled. I will attach a picture and a video if I can. I originally just thought it was a form of algae, however it’s jerking and sporadic movement is causing me to think otherwise. Thanks for all the help in advance!

Hydroids.

Hydroids.
Is that a good or bad hitchhiker? The general consensus online seems mixed. I’ve not noticed anything other than that one, however I don’t want it to spread if it’s unfavorable!
